Who was the first “Flight Attendant” in the world?

HE SURVIVED THIS CATASTROPHE:

The German Heinrich Kubis was the world’s first flight attendant, in 1912.[3] Kubis first attended the passengers on board the DELAG Zeppelin LZ 10 Schwaben. He also attended to the famous LZ 129 Hindenburg and was on board when it burst into flames. He survived by jumping out a window when it neared the ground.[

Ellen Church and Virginia Schroeder, another flight attendant, pose in front of a modern 12-ton United Mainliner on May 14, 1940.

SHE WANTED TO BE A PILOT BUT SETTLED FOR “SKY GIRL:”

May 15, 1930 Ellen Church (R) was hired by Boeing Air Transport as a “sky girl.”  She served chicken, fruit salad and rolls to passengers.  She was a pilot and a registered nurse.  She wanted to be a pilot but Boeing  felt it better to have the sky girls on board to calm the public fear of flying.  Church is considered the first US flight attendant.  Coffee, Tea or …..Pepsi?

Teaching a child to read is far easier than surviving the crash of the Hindenburg or becoming a “Sky Girl”  Just use Alpha-Phonics! Find out why:
